Whoa. You had me believing everything until the Weisswurst part. A -real- Bavarian place will not serve Weisswurst after 12 noon!

It's a tradition which originated in the fact that Weisswurst are not smoked / have no preservatives and are made the morning of the day they are to be eaten. By noon they are considered to have spoiled, so no more Weisswurst after noon.

I noticed that it still works this way when I was in Bavaria/Munich last month.

Other than that the restaurant sounds great!
